Introduction

Kobe Aluminum Automotive Products (KAAP) is part of the Kobe Steel Group, which is known internationally by the KOBELCO brand and for quality materials and machinery. Kobe forges aluminum parts for cars. Beginning in March 2016 Hangout Creative was tasked with the job of increasing more qualified applicants in the Southern Kentucky region for open positions in the organization.

Process

Hangout Creative worked with Kobe Aluminum’s HR team to develop advertising materials and job descriptions to use for a 90 day “now hiring” advertising campaign. Hangout then created social media and website pages to host these campaigns. Upon approval, Hangout Creative used Facebook, Instagram and Google’s advertising platforms to reach people in the Southern Kentucky area.
